SAUVIGNON BLANC

A beautiful balance of tropical litchi and ripe fig flavours, full bodied with a floral finish on the palate. Typical of a maritime climate, this wine has ageing potential.

ROSE

This Rosé shows red berry and bright burgundy colours, which point towards the deep cherry and plummy fruity tones that are found on the nose and palate. It is a clean, light and easy drinking wine with good acidity balance.

HANSOM

An elegant blend of 50% cabernet sauvignon, 30% cabernet franc and 20% merlot. Combining ripe spicy black currant with a long fragrant velvety feel. Medium bodied finished with elegant French oak flavours.

SHIRAZ

Black current and spicy red fruit aromas with hints of black current and mulberry flavours. Finishing with French oak tannins giving this wine a lingering aftertaste. Matured for 16 months in French oak.
CHENIN BLANC

This cool maritime Chenin shows layers of citrus, litchi and apple on the nose and palate. The fruitiness and underlying minerality, is showcasing the terroir of this vineyard.

SHIRAZ VIOGNIER

This barrel matured blend consists of 95% Shiraz and 5% Viognier. On the nose and palate you will find layers of cinnamon, black pepper, dark chocolate, with touches of summer red berries and hints of fynbos. Shows the cool climate minerality.
